By accessing or using any part of the bv99 platform available at bv99.lat ("Platform"), registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you ("User", "you") enter into a legally binding agreement with bv99 ("we", "us", "the Operator") and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the bv99 Platform immediately.

Each user may hold only one (1) bv99 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same mobile number, same device, same IP address, or same identity — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances found to be derived from activity conducted across multiple accounts.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update this information promptly if it changes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bv99 login credentials (mobile number and password). bv99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.

bv99 reserves the right to close any account at its absolute discretion, with or without notice, if we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

All bv99 account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made via USDT TRC20 are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. bv99 does not guarantee any particular exchange rate and accepts no liability for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between the time of deposit initiation and confirmation.

Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfers (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah), debit cards, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times vary by method as communicated in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing with bv99 support. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) for amounts above Rs 10,000 or where bv99 deems verification necessary to comply with its anti-money-laundering obligations. bv99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Funds deposited into a bv99 account may not be used for any purpose other than wagering on the bv99 Platform. Depositing funds without a genuine intention to wager, or cycling deposits through the Platform without meaningful play, may be treated as suspicious activity and may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

bv99 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the point of offer. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• One bonus per account, household, device, and IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the individual promotion terms) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• bv99 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if it determines that a user has registered multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or has otherwise abused the promotional terms.

All bets and wagers placed on the bv99 Platform are final once confirmed. bv99 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed by an ineligible user, or placed on an event where there is clear evidence of price manipulation or data error. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, bv99's decision, based on the official result from the relevant sporting body, shall be final.

For cricket betting, PSL and international fixtures are governed by the official results declared by the relevant tournament authority (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). Abandoned matches, shortened fixtures, or results pending official confirmation will be settled in accordance with the specific rules communicated in the bv99 sportsbook at the time the market was offered.

Casino games (slots, live tables, crash games, fish shooting) are provided by licensed third-party gaming studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics conducted in a licensed studio environment. bv99 is not responsible for technical failures originating in third-party game software; affected rounds will be settled in accordance with the relevant game provider's published rules.

Users of the bv99 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, access the Platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the Platform to launder money or channel funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information, including false date of birth, during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one bv99 account simultaneously.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bv99 staff or other users via any communication channel.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

All content on the bv99 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game assets, text, and data feeds, is the property of bv99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from bv99.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bv99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, or interruption of service. bv99's aggregate liability to any user for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

bv99 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

bv99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bv99 uses your data for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have consented, for promotional communications.

bv99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via in-platform notification or by SMS to the registered mobile number at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the bv99 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bv99 operates. In the event of a dispute, you should first contact bv99 support to seek resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, bv99 reserves the right to refer the matter to arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits bv99's right to seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.
